Nippon
Shikizai’s
quality control system embraces every stage of the production
process, from the selection and preparation of raw materials
to the finished packaged product.
No product is allowed to be shipped out
of our factory until it has successfully passed a wide range of
stringent quality control checks, which will test virtually every
physical aspect of the product, including external appearance and
everything from color characteristics to texture.
Testing systems and devices include a spectroscope, and an atomic
photometer, gas chromatography and high-speed liquid chromatography,
to ensure safety in the demands for quick results and rigid
quality control.
Nippon Shikizai is also fully equipped to adapt its quality control
system to comply with the most stringent quality control standards
of both our customer’s local, regional and national standards,
and those of their export markets. We can also introduce our customers
to institutions that specialize in public testing. |
